Ten years with feline diabetes
Frida’s diagnosis became part of daily life, but never the whole of her story.
Frida has lived with feline diabetes for ten years. That milestone is worth sharing because a chronic diagnosis can feel overwhelming at first, while the life around it remains full of personality, comfort, routines, and very ordinary cat mischief.
Every cat and treatment plan is different. The most useful general lesson is to work closely with a veterinarian, notice changes, keep good records, and ask questions. Frida’s experience is a story, not a substitute for medical advice.
